Roles

February 2019-current

SENIOR MANAGER TRAINING, FREEWHEEL 

  • Successfully lead a team of seven through a world-wide pandemic, an organization-wide reorganization and a department-wide restructure where roles and responsibilities shifted 180 degrees.

  • Converted in-person training facilitation to virtual with zero downtime and no disruptions to client’s workflow.

  • Maintains an awareness of wider cross-client issues, developing solutions which potentially help multiple clients at one time.

  • Synthesizes new solutions to stakeholder needs through creative usage of existing resources.

  • Delegates direct team by being mindful of the team and the wider department workload and strives to develop reusable solutions to drive overall team efficiency

  • Launched a new learning management system to house FreeWheel Academy: FreeWheel’s source for live and self-paced learning plans.

  • Interacts professionally and influences successfully opinions of senior – to executive-level stakeholders.

  • Review eNPS results monthly and serve as the GCS eNPS Champion. Holds huddles with the entire KMT team and reports back success and status of escalations.

  • Developed the strategy to get FreeWheel’s largest new client of 2021 with over 200 individual users onboarded and trained in FreeWheel Academy.

March 2015 - January 2019

MANAGER TRAINING FREEWHEEL

  • Lead eLearning team of four who were responsible for training over 600 agency clients on the Strata system.

  • Developed a syndicated training calendar of Live sessions for clients to attend to remediate repetitive training sessions across clients.

  • Researched, contracted and moderated twice a year training summits of the eLearning team, the onsite training and account management teams.

  • Served as an account manager for one of Strata’s largest US based clients. Maintained a successful relationship despite product obstacles and was vital to getting them to sign their renewal each year.

  • Submitted and maintained departmental and personal budgets and travel plans.

  • Consulted and served as an onsite Subject Matter Expert for the OneStrata APAC project and attended and lead client knowledge ramp up meetings in Malaysia and India.

May 2014 - August 2020

SENIOR TRAINING SPECIALIST/ACCOUNT MANAGER, FREEWHEEL/STRATA MARKETING

  • Developed and edited self-paced training videos through the use of Camtasia

  • Delivered one on one client trainings virtually.

  • Managed and maintained the department’s private YouTube channel and uploaded video content to the Support Knowledgebase

  • Organized multiple team lunches, dinners and outings for the twice annual All Trainer Summit

  • Maintained SalesForce client records

  • Served as primary training contact and account manager for over 200 one to two user clients. Installed software updates, reviewed latest enhancements and trained new clients on the full system workflow.

June 2003 - March 2015

TRAINER, FREEWHEEL/STRATA MARKETING 

  • Managed and maintained over 100 individual clients. Installed Strata software and SQL databases to client’s servers, upgraded Strata software, trained new clients on the full system, reviewed latest enhancements and served as the liaison between the client and the tech.

  • Traveled 75% of the month while maintaining a specified budget. Organized travel arrangements submitted expenses on time and covered the territories of: Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Las Vegas. Colorado, Detroit and parts of Florida

  • Acted as the Strata subject matter expert internally for product meetings and new client pitches.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION & BELONGING

  • Designed and developed two programs specifically focused on work and life in a pandemic. Held a session in March 2020 on conducting effective virtual meetings and then in May 2021 the Effects of Burn Out on Employee’s mental health. Both programs were highly celebrated from the Executive Leadership team.

  • Co-founded FreeWheel Women Worldwide: a global organization that supports and inspires women and their allies in Tech through professional development, community engagement, and partnership with others with a critical focus on our own backyards.

  • Member of the FreeWheel Way Culture Committee since inception.

  • Participating in Comcast Advertising’s Ally Network as the inaugural cohort.

  • Founding member of FreeWheel Women Chicago and New York.

  • Over 10 years leading teams to deliver training content to thousands of Strata users using multiple training delivery methods and disciplines.

  • Navigated and lead team through acquisition and reorganization. Displayed compassion and empathy while maintaining the organizational goals of the restructuring.

  • Self-motivator with high energy and welcoming personality that creates an inclusive and safe environment for anyone who needs it.
